PSPNG is Papua New Guinea’s national professional society for paediatric and child health. We bring together paediatricians, nurses, health extension officers, trainees, and researchers who are committed to improving health outcomes for neonates, children and adolescents throughout the country.
We work alongside the National Department of Health, the University of Papua New Guinea, Provincial Health Authorities, and partners including WHO, UNICEF, and DFAT to deliver evidence-based guidelines, training, and policy.
The Paediatric Society of Papua New Guinea sets national standards in child health, provides expert advice to government, and advocates for safe, evidence-based practices.
